Street Smart
People walking and biking in the Washington region cross paths with cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles every day. Since 2002, the Street Smart program has worked to raise awareness about pedestrian and bicycle safety and highlight enforcement of the laws that protect people walking and biking.
“My world completely changed. It will never be like it was before the crash.”
